These terms apply when you use pebblewit.com and the games on it. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Playing our games

Pebblewit games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account. Your progress is saved in your browser on your device, and we cannot restore it if your browser deletes it.

Advertising

The site and games are supported by advertising from Google AdSense. Ads appear between puzzles and around our written content. Optional videos let you earn hints or extra hearts; watching them is always your choice. How ads use data is described in our privacy policy.

Fair play

Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, interfere with how ads are shown or counted, or copy the games to host them elsewhere. Clicking ads you are not interested in, or encouraging others to, is not allowed.

Our content

The games, puzzles, text, artwork and code on this site belong to Pebblewit unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links, screenshots of your results and the share text the games create. Please do not republish our puzzles, guides or artwork without permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running and the puzzles correct, but we provide the games as they are, without guarantees. We may add, change or retire games, levels and features. If we change these terms, the date above changes too.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pebblewit is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Some pages link to other websites, such as game portals or sources in our guides. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
